Will my gear be returned if it’s not accepted?

Once you have shipped your gear to us for trade in, we cannot return it if we find it is not acceptable for resale. However, if you bring your gear to an Arc'teryx brand store for trade in, you will be able to take it home with you if it is not acceptable for trade in.


How can I send my gear for trade in?

We encourage you to recycle a box or packaging to send us back your Arc'teryx gear in to avoid creating new waste!


Can I still trade-in product in-store?

Yes! We’ve restarted our trade-in program in all Arc’teryx brand stores (find a store). As a precaution for Covid we’re asking that all used gear be washed and not worn post-wash to avoid contact with one’s face area before being traded in.
